  • Orders ship within 3 business days from China after payment is cleared.
  • We will select an appropriate courier based on your region.
  • Tracking numbers are provided immediately after dispatch.
  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures.

🔄 Return Policy

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package if any issues arise.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
  • For damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos via email.

🛃 Customs Policy

  • Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Chinese merchants are legally prohibited from undervaluing merchandise or marking parcels as “gifts.”

📌 Special Notice for Brazil & Mexico

Shipments to Brazil and Mexico require the customer to handle all customs clearance procedures. For these two countries, returns and refunds are not accepted.
